- Now make a shape as you want circle, oval as you like… And put in milk at this time use medium to high flame after few minutes change rasmalai side… Now check rasmalai have white color means its ready… Now take a serving dish put one by one rasmalai in it and 1 cup of milk…. So now we have left milk in pot cook this until milk is little thick on medium flame… Now turn off flame and add this milk in rasmalai dish… Garnish it with almonds, pistachios keep it in fridge until it chilled.
