  2. Ab paneer ko latka de 1/2 hour. Ab 1 towel le us per paneer rakhe or masle hatheli se halke halke 8-10 minutes jab paneer roll hone lage,bandne lage usme 1 Tbs dane wali sugar milaye halke hatho se masalte rahe. Ab Rasgulle ko ball shape de bina crackes ke.
  3. Ek kadahi le usme 1 1/2 cup sugar daale or water 6 cup. Boil aane per Rasgulle daale 10 minutes Dhak kar lid laga kar high flame per cook karein. 10 minutes baad gass band karke usme chilled water daale.
  4. Chilled water dalne se uski cooking process ruk jayegi. Rasgulle ko 2,3 hour Sugar syrup me pada rahne de.
  5. Ek kadhai le usme milk daale boil karein 1/2 cup milk powder dale 1/4 cup sugar add karein or saffron strands 10,15 daale. Cook karein thoda thick hone tak..gass off karein ab cardamom powder dale ya kevda essence. Ab Rasgulle ko squeeze karein or rasmalai wale milk me daale 2,3 hour baad chilled serve karein
  6. Note-1 ragulla banene ke baad aap alag se bowl me chilled water leker usme hot Rasgulle daal sakte hai it's become more soft fir baad me squeeze karke sugar syrup me daal de. 2 note- paneer me 1 tbs ki jagah 2 tbs sugar bhi mila sakte hai.
