  1. 1st add all chopped veggies into a cooker, 1tbsp salt, add 250 ml of water & cook for 15 minutes on high flame (take a 3 whistle)
  2. Meanwhile we can make ginger-garlic paste - Then take a pan add butter & 15ml oil after 30 seconds add finally chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, soute for 2 minutes - (Open the cooker & mashed the veggies) and add mashed veggies in pan then mix it well - Add all dry spices (pavbhaji & garam masala, red chilli powder, salt) Add 100 ml of water - mix well & keep it for 3 minutes
  3. After 3 minutes add touch of red food colour & give a mix. - Spread handful chopped fresh green coriander - So our restaurant style pavbhaji is ready to serve!! within 30 minutes - - Tips- Serve hot pavbhaji with litbit roasted pav & add 4-5 drops of lime juice, onion slices, cabbages.
