  1. Take a bowl, add ghee (clarified butter) and whisk with hand beater until colour change.(note, first heat up the ghee (clarified butter) and freeze for 10to15 minutes then beat.)
  2. Then add powder sugar and combine well.
  3. Now add egg and beat again.
  4. Now add vanilla extract and mix gently.
  5. Then add half plain flour and mix.
  6. Now add remaining flour.
  7. Knead it and make soft dough. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes divide the dough in 2 equal portions. Take 1 portion and put it on butter paper and cover with another butter paper.
  9. Now spread with the help of rolling pin or with hands.
  10. After spreading, remove the paper from 1 side.
  11. Take 9 inches tart mold (lose base) and set the dough carefully.
  12. Now remove the remaining paper and set the dough evenly.
  13. Then prick with fock.
  14. Now cover with butter paper.
  15. Put some tini pebbles and cover properly for blind bake. And bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  16. After 15 minutes, put it out from oven and cool completely then remove it from tart mold.
  17. Tart crust is ready. Cover and decorate with your own choice.
