The ingredients needed to make Chilli paneer:
  1. Take 150 grams paneer cubes
  2. Get 1 onion chopped in to big petals
  3. Take 1 capsicum chopped slices
  4. Take 1/4 cup cornflour
  5. Take 2 tbsp all-purpose flour/maida
  6. Get to taste salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp pepper powder
  8. Make ready 1 tsp chilli powder
  9. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Take 1/4 cup water
  11. Make ready as required oil for deep fry
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  13. Get 1 tsp chopped garlic
  14. Get 1 green chilli slit
  15. Take 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  16. Make ready 1 tsp chilli sauce
  17. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  18. Get 1 tsp tomato sauce
  19. Take 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Chilli paneer:
  1. Take cornflour and maida in a bowl add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste add 1/4 cup water mix well.make sure there is no lumps in the batter
  2. Coat paneer well in the batter and deep fry them, take out on tissue paper.keep aside
  3. Now add 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan add chopped garlic, slit green chilli, spring onions chopped stir fry on high flame for one minute now add onion petals, capsicum slices saute it on high flame, now to this add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar,chilli powder, pepper powder, and salt mix well stir fry on high flame, mix 1 tsp cornflour in 3tbsp water add into the pan stir continuously until it gets glossy, now add in fried paneer toss in it.garnish with chopped spring onions &serve
