- Divide the dough into 3 parts, each giving red, yellow and green colorings.
- Form the dough into a round and fill with the filling material
- Bring the water to boil. Add the globular glutinous rice dough, then cook until float, remove and drain.
- Add glutinous balls into the ginger syrup. Boil over low heat.
- Serve warm in a bowl of sprinkle with toasted peanuts.
