- Get 100 gram paneer
- Make ready 2 bell peppers
- Get As needed Red chilli powder
- Prepare as needed Corn flour

- Take as required Soya sauce
- Take as required Tomato sauce

- Cut paneer into small pieces. Add it to a bowl add red chilli powder, salt to taste, corn flour coat it well.
- Heat a pan add oil deep fry coated paneer and keep aside.
- In a small bowl take 2-3 spoon of red chilli powder add water to it and prepare red chilli paste.
- In a pan add oil, finely chopped ginger, garlic, diced onion, diced bell pepper, roughly chopped green chillies. Keep tossing.
- Then add red chilli paste on it mix well. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pinch of sugar. Mix well add water as required for gravy.
- Then add fried Paneer, mix it well add pinch of salt, add spring onion. Add corn flour water (in a bowl add 2 spoons of corn flour and water). For thick gravy.
- Garnish it with spring onion.
