- Mix sugar with egg and stir strongly. Mix with yoghurt and oil untill all become one

- Put some oil above the dough and leave it under the towel for the next 3 hours
- Prepare the oven in 180-200 celcius degree. Cook around 30 minutes and it's done.. :)
Next add water and half of the beaten egg. Add butter and mix until combined. We fell in love with the sweet rolls they sell at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet in Honolulu and this recipe nails it! My first attempt, I killed the yeast. Second time, (I omitted the butter from the yeast process), the milk was too cool so I set the bowl of milk, yeast & sugar into a larger bowl of hot tap water and viola!
