- Boil potatoes to make mash
- Add 1 cup potato water and 1 cup beef broth to meat mix. Simmer 1 hour.
- Mash potatoes adding nothing to them
- Drain meat then put in mixing bowl with mashed potatoes. Mix well. Let cool.
- Add meat and potato mixture to pie shells. Cover with pie crust topping leaving a vent for moisture to escape. Cut out a heart. Lol
- Glaze with egg wash. And cook in oven 350° for 50 minutes.
