- Take 2 and 1/2 Tbsp Dry Milk Powder
- Make ready 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Take To Taste Salt
- Get 1/2 Tsp Cardomom Powder

When a Pakistani friend of mine in college introduced me to the little packets of pre-blended seekh kebab spices at our local Indian market, it was something of a revelation. Oh, this is what a balanced spice blend tastes like. These days, though, I like to up the ante and cook seekh kebabs up from scratch, using a homemade mixture of spices. Beef Seekh Kabab recipe shared in this post gives you typical barbecue touch with a little coal smoke and familiar kabab taste with homemade masala.
Instructions to make Beef Seekh Kabab:
- Roast Caraway Seeds, Cubeb, Cloves, Poppy Seeds, Black Pepper Balls, Roasted Gram, and Cinnamon. Roast it in Frying Pan for 1-2 Minutes.
- Add the Roasted mix into a grinder and grind into a fine powder. Add the Powder into a plate.
- In a Chopper add Beef Mince, Egg, Ginger Garlic Paste, Dry Milk Powder, Coriander Leaves, Raw Papaya Paste, Green Chillies, Cumin, Salt, Onions, Cardomom Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Bread Slices, and also add the Powder that we've Grinded before.
- Chop until well combined.
- Transfer into a bowl. Knead for 30 Seconds. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Apply Oil on your hands. Take some of the mixture and put it onto a skewer. Shape it into a Seekh Kabab.
- Put it on a grill. Brush some Oil on top of the Seekh Kabab. B.B.Q for 6-8 minutes or until done. (Keep turning in between).
- Seekh Kababs are Ready.
