The ingredients needed to make Bagar rice !!!!:
  1. Make ready 1 kg Rice
  2. Get Water: 1 glass for each cup of rice
  3. Make ready 1 small onion
  4. Get 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready 4 tablespoons Oil
  6. Take to taste Coriander leaves
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 4-5 Cinnamon sticks
  9. Take 6 cloves
  10. Take 6 cardamoms
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

  5. Bring to a boil, then drain the rice and add to the cooking water. Discard the soaking water.
  6. One you add rice, bring to a boil again. Cover & turn the flame to low to simmer. Cook covered for around 10 minutes then slowly check the rice. Once it’s done, remove from the flame.
  7. Let it rest for 15 minutes to let the heat within finish the job. It will turn out droolingly good!
