- Make a smooth Dosa batter with Rice and Moong. Stir in Salt. On a heated tawa, spread Dosa as you normally do for it in a clockwise manner. Drizzle some Oil on top of it and all around the sides. Wait for a minute and then top each one of it with shredded Mozzarella. Also sprinkle Red chilli and Parsley flakes both. Cover and cook on a low heat just until the cheese melts. Serve it piping hot immediately.
- This innovative idea of mine one also is a simple one with Mozzarella Cheese alone. Kids are bound to be super excited to have these for breakfast or brunch. The best part is that it is quite easy to make them. There is absolutely no need of any Condiment or Chutney to go with it. It is in itself a complete meal. And of course if desired, serve them with a generous amount of their favourite Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy!
