  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  17. Prepare 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
  18. Prepare 1/8 tsp asafoetida
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp cooking oil
  20. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  21. Make ready 1/2 bowl water
Instructions to make Fulka with chilli Paneer:
  1. Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water. Rest for 10 minutes. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin in round.
  2. Heat a griddle. Place rolled chapatti on griddle. Roast for 1 minutes.
  3. Flip the side and roast for 2 minutes. Flip again and cook till it gets fluff. Remove it in a plate.
  4. Apply ghee or butter on it's one side.
  5. Peel and Chop onion, ginger, garlic. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add grated tomato puree and cook on low flame till it leaves the sides. Add chopped chilli. Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Mix all the Dry masale and saute for 1 minute. Add water and cook on low flame till done it may take 5 minutes.
  7. Serve chilli Paneer with fulka.
