  1. Take paneer and boiled potatoes and 2 tsp flour add salt.. mix properly… And make koftas
  2. Fry them at low flame…
  3. Fir gravy take tomatoes, ginger, chillies, and kaju… Grind them to make fine paste. Take wok add 2 tsp of ghee… Add jeera and tomatoes paste..
  4. Add spices… Cook till oil separates… add malai… Saute.. dn add kofte… Cook for 5 mins…garnish with coriander and malai. Then serve with samak rice or kuttu puri.. enjoy😊
