  2. Roll the dough out and spread some oil evenly. cut into strips and roll them to a pinwheel shape. Flatten them to a disc shape.
  3. On a heated tawa, place the flattened discs and allow to cook till well done as you smear oil. place them in an underlined container.
  4. For the lentils; Heat oil in a sauce pan. blend the vegetables to a rough paste (except the carrots and dhania) and pour into the saucepan. add in the seasoning and the rest of the spices. let simmer for 4 - 5 minutes
  5. Add in the carrots and mix
  6. Add in the lentils, give a good mix, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish.
  7. Serve and enjoy
