- Heat nonstick dosa tawa, grease with oil.Wipe with tissue paper. Take a laddle full of prepared sprouts moong batter,pour in centre of tawa,spread in circular motion,make round dosa. Sprinkle oil and roasted on both side till golden brown and crispy. Similarly prepared all dosas.
- Serve Hot Pesarattu Sprouts Moong Dosa with green coriander- coconut chutney and hot coffee for complete nutritious breakfast meal.
