- Mix thoroughly
- Refrigerate over night and serve chilled
- Before serving, add salt, paper and lime juice to taste
Right before serving, add avocados and fold gently, being careful not to mash avocados. Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, avocado and jalapeno to a large bowl.
