- Sheet method:- first of all we will take a bowl and add into all purpose flour,salt,desi ghee,ajwain and rubb it for 1 mintue now add water and Knead it for 5-6 mint and cover the dough and keep it aside 30 minutes for rest
- Feeling method :- we will take a pan and add into cooking oil and add cumin seeds,corriender seeds and ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 mints.
- After 2 mints we will add all masalas,and add boiled potato,peace,paneer and coriander powder,garam masala and mix well all ingredients and cook it for 5 - 6 minutes.
- Now we will take a peda and and roll it in round shape and then cut it in centre
- Now fill it with our feeling and joint it with flour water and fry it on low flame it is ready now
