- Make fine paste of soaked urad dal. make sure that while making the paste,less water is used. add apinch of food color to the paste.and mix it well. here i have used saffron
- Heat the oil in a pan at medium flame. fill the paste in a nozz;e and startmaking jalebi.. each jalebi shd be fried for 2-3 min check its cooked (make sure its not too hard)
- Fried jalebi should be immediately soaked in the syrup.keep it for 15 min.
- Garam garam jalebi is now ready
