- Once it cooled down and add them in a grinder jar..And also add cardamom..
- Grind it to a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- In that same jar add sugar.Grind sugar to a fine powder..
- Add the powdered sugar to the urad dal flour.
- Mix it well
- Now melt 1/3 ghee in a pan and add chopped cashew nuts in it
- The add melted ghee with urad dal and sugar mixture. Mix it very well with spoon..
- Make small size balls. From the warmth of your hands,the ladoos will soften while you shape them. Now the urad laddu is ready.
