- Heat ghee in a pan and roast urad dal flour for 20 minutes with a continuous stirring medium-hot flame.
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast wheat flour for 20 minutes with a continuous stirring medium-hot flame.
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast soybean flour for 15 minutes with a continuous stirring medium-hot flame.
- Deep fry the katira/ gond in ghee until it swells.
- Let the gond cool. Add mix everything gently.
- Mix powdered sugar, dry fruits, desiccated dry coconut, cardamom into the above mixture.
- Heat ghee in another pan and add into the above mixture.
- Laddu mixture is ready to be rolled out in laddoos.
- NOTE:- Whenever you eat these laddoos, make sure you mash it and make it hot and then eat it.
