- Wash and Soak moong and urad dal for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours it will be soft and ready to grind.
- Grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Mix well. Heat oil in a wok add 1-1 tsp mixture of dal in oil carefully and fry till golden brown. 7-8 pakodis can be fried at a time.
- Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakodis.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind sounth.
