  2. Take Oil, for frying

  1. If required, thaw crab legs first. Clean crab legs thoroughly. Using back of chopper, crack shells at each segment.
  2. Heat oil in wok.
  3. Add garlic and shallots. Stir fry on medium high heat till fragrant.
  4. Add crab and fry for 1-2mins.
  5. Add sugar and stir fry. Then lower heat.
  6. Combine oyster sauce and water and mix well.
  7. Add oyster sauce mixture and bring to medium high heat.
  8. Cover and let cook for 5mins.
  9. Lower heat. Add black pepper to taste. If required, add water and oyster sauce.
  10. Bring heat to medium. Add spring onion as required.
  11. Stir fry one more time to mix well, and voila!
