- Take a pot and add oil and slightly heat it and then and onion and fry it until it become into light pick colour. After that add ginger garlic paste and slightly fry it on medium flame and then add chicken and stir it and fry it on medium flame until it become into white colour.
- After that add salt and stir it and then add 1/2 cup water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After that remove the lid and stir it and add yogurt and then stir it and add black pepper, cumin powder and cook it with stir on medium flame for 2 minutes. After that cover with lid and cook for 10 mints on medium to low flame.
- After that remove the lid and then stir it and then add fresh cream and stir it and then add ginger, kasuri methi, green chilli and cover it with lid and turn off the flame. After 1 minutes Remove the lid and serve it, your black pepper chicken is ready.
