- Heat up the oil and fry onions for few seconds.
- Add tomatoes and cook again.
- Add green chilli and cook for 30 seconds.
- Now add salt and black pepper.
- Then add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix gently and turn off the flame.
- Now add fresh coriander, mix it well. Cool completely.
- Then make samosa and fry until becomes crisp and nice golden colour
