  1. Soak whole moong and rice in the night.
  2. Morning drain the water.
  3. In a mixie jar take moong and dal, spinach, ginger piece, greenchillies, salt and cummin grind into fine paste
  4. Remove in bowl.
  5. Heat tawa and spread like dosa.
  6. Break eggs add salt and spread it on pesarattu.
  7. If want sprinkle red chilli Powder on top.
  8. Cover and Cook from both sides.
