- Add the chopped lauki, tomatoes and salt.Mix it well and saute it again for a while. Then add water and stir.
- Cover with the lid and pressure cook for about 4-5 whistles.When the pressure drops on its own, remove the lid and add kasuri methi and garam masala. Stir and serve with rice or chapatis.
