- Heat up the pot and add 1tbsp. of sesame oil, ginger then chicken, panfry until chicken is slightly cooked.
- Add rice wine water, then salt. Bring to boil, turn the heat down and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp. of sesame oil. Mix well.
