  20. Prepare ✔️Grease or put oil ONLY AT THE BOTTOM of the mold. DO NOT grease the sides to achieve dome appearance of the puto
  21. Prepare ✔️DO NOT OVERCOOK. The puto becomes kuchinta when overcooked
