  20. Prepare using a balloon whisk,whisk together all the above ingredients and keep aside.
Instructions to make Peach and saffron cobbler:
  1. Preheat oven@ 180 degree centigrade.
  2. In a 13"× 9" baking pan pour the melted butter.
  3. Pour the batter over the butter and evenly spread it out.
  4. Evenly place the peaches over the batter and pour all the juices over it.
  5. Bake in the preheated ovrn for40 to 45 minutes until golden on top.
  6. Remove to acooing rack and serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
