- Heat a cooker and add 1 cup water
- All veggies wash, peel and cut
- Add potato, matar, carrot, beetroot and Cauliflower in cooker
- Add ½ tsp Salt
- Close the lead & wait for 2 whistle on medium flame
- After cool the cooker
- Open the cooker
- Mash the veggie
- Heat a pan and add oil & butter
- Add jeera
- Cut Onion, tomato,green chilli and capsicum finely chopped
- Add onion mix well 1 min
- Add ginger garlic paste and chilli
