  6. Prepare For garnishing:- Almond, pistachios, cherry🍒

  8. Get 1 cup milk + 2 tbsp milk power, chopped dryfruits
Instructions to make Rose & Saffron Bread Rasmalai ♥️:
  1. Firstly, Heat 1 cup milk Bring a Boil add 1-2 tbsp milk powder stir regularly cook till become khoya consistency, add chopped dryfruits, cardamom Powder mix well Heat off keep aside.
  2. Cut the bread slices with round shape cutter, cover and keep aside.
  3. Now, In a large nonstick pan heat full fat milk, stir occasionally and get a Boil. Add milk powder and keep stirring regularly.
  4. Reduced flame and boil milk until it reduces to almost 1/3.
  5. Take a small two bowl pour reduced milk into the bowls.
  6. In first bowl add saffron strands for yellow colour mix well, and second one add Roohafza for pink colour, stir well, Refrigerate.
  7. Now spread khoya mixture into the round bread slice evenly and cover with another round slice of bread press gently.
  8. Now dip stuffed round bread slice in rose milk syrup for 2 minutes for good pink colour.
  9. For serving:- Take a serving dish place soaked bread slices,pour rose milk with spoon into the slice, now pour saffron milk into the serving dish, sprinkle Almonds, Pistachio, cherry🍒.
  10. Refrigerate for 1 hour than serve cold bread Rasmalai.
