  1. Make ready 2 bowls sabudana
  2. Make ready As required Roasted peanuts
  3. Get 4 green chillies
  4. Make ready 1/2 lemon
  5. Get As required Coriander leaves
  6. Take 2 tbsp. oil
  7. Make ready 1/2 Tsp zeera (cumin)
  8. Make ready As per taste Salt

Steps to make Sabudana khichdi:
  1. Wash sabudana thoroughly with water,
  2. Then keep them soaked in water. The quantity of water should just cover the sabudana. The photograph below should help.
  3. The next morning drain the water from sabudana in a chalni and spread it nicely with your fingers.
  4. Meanwhile grind peanuts and green chillies roughly.
  5. Then mix this peanuts, green chillie mixture salt and sugar with sabudana.
  6. Heat oil in kadai add zeera to it. Let it splutter then add the sabudana peanut mixture to it. Cover and cook till you see steam coming. Remove the cover stir the mixture.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve with curds.
