The ingredients needed to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. Get 200 gram paneer (cut into cubes)
  2. Make ready 1 onion cut into slices or cubes
  3. Prepare 1 capsicum cut into slices or cubes
  4. Prepare 2 crushed garlic pods
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  7. Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp cornflour
  12. Prepare 2 Chopped green chillies
  13. Get as needed Water
  14. Make ready 1 packet Ching's Chilli Paneer Masala
  15. Prepare to taste Salt
  16. Take as needed Oil
  17. Make ready 1/2 cup Spring onions (optional)
Steps to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. Heat a pan add capsicum, onion slices & chopped green chillies to it, fry them for a while. Now add crushed garlic to it. Fry them all until it becomes tender.
  2. Now add paneer cubes to it. Fry it for a while. Now in a bowl add all the sauces including white vinegar, give it a mix. Now add it into the kadai. Saute it for a while.
  3. Now in the same bowl add half a cup of water & add cornflour powder to it. Mix it well so that there are no lumps. Add this mixture into the pan. Now add a tbsp of Ching's paneer chilli masala to it, add half cup of water to it. Now add salt & sugar according to your taste. Cover it & cook it in a low flame for about 5 to 7 mins until the gravy thickens. Garnish it with some chopped sping onions over it if you have.
  4. Now it's ready to serve hot with Chinese Fried Rice or garlic naan….
