  1. For fried rice heat the pan add oil & cook the veggies for 5 min the. Add spices, sauces, then rice, mix it well & cook it well.
  2. Now fry the lotus stem, finger chips, lady finger (first make by putting spices in between the lady finger& coated with Cornflour).
  3. Fry the chaap as coated with Cornflour & spices & shallow fry paneer pieces also coated with Cornflour
  4. Now make chilli paneer gravy by heating pan add oil, garlic, ginger, chillies once they cooked add onion & sauté them
  5. Now add sauces & spices, sugar & cook it well for 10 mins at last add water, when it come to boil add cornflour mix with water, cook it till it get thick.
  6. Now heat the sizzler plate grease butter & start placing the items.
  7. Before serving pour the chilli paneer gravy & serve hot.
